After going to Sherlock Holmes (an awesome steakhouse) last night and having free alcohol every night at the hotel, I'M hoping to only be at my starting weight by the end of this.Hoping I can reach big Shastas starting weight by the end of this
Same here....I could eat blackened amberjack, grouper, mahi.....you name it, at every meal. And real Tuna steaks....I like it better than a beef steak.Yeah, last night wasn't too good for me either....
Although, I found out in MyFitnessPal that fishy stuffs isn't bad for you. The butter they cook it in however....
Had a cajun swordfish with Mussels as an appetizer. Gosh I think I should have lived on the coast my whole life. I just love seafood. #Bimini2016
I couldn't agree more. I was a Mt. Dew a day guy for I don't know... Since high school. I have not had one since 08 Feb and probably will not have one again for some time know that I am used to it. I would also like to toss this out there that I truly appreciate this thread. I have never done anything like this before and it was just the motivation I needed. I am a competitive person in general so it helped me commit for much longer than I thought I could. Now that I am used to this healthy way of eating and exercising so I have no intentions of changing but probably just relaxing some of my rules when this is over next week. Heck... I have made fun of runners since pretty much always (only the ones that have to tell me about every run and how good it was), and here I am now, already signed up for the Airf Force half marathon in September. Look at what you knuckleheads did to me!! But it's all for the better. AND I feel sooooooo much better. So, I decided to treat myself to some pancakes at breakfast this morning. Wow! I can tell I haven't had that much sugar in awhile. I've had a headache all day besides feeling jittery and generally weird since we got home. You really don't know how much sugar messes with you until you haven't had much in awhile.
