There are some gorgeous boats out there that fit that bill.
I will say one of the reasons my wife likes a cc over a dual or our Yamahas is the desire to be able to sit next to me while we're under way.
As @mpcetera is still living in the BC era of his life (before children) his spouse may like the seating arrangements of a cc.

Either way it is very important that your SO gets a word on the boat choice. Because we all know: "If mama ain't happy, nobody's happy". And if momma isn't a big fan of the boat she won't want to take it out very often either.
imho
Lol my wife likes to call us DINKs (dual income no kids). That is a good point about layout, it would be nice to be together when under way. Honestly my wife doesn't seem to be care what I get, other than price. I just spoke to someone for a quote on a brand new 2019 sea hunt gamefish 25 with twin 150s I can order from factory. It's pretty basic equipment wise. With a trailer they quoted me $103,495 maybe someone knows more than me, is that a good price? They said it's the boat show price but I know with it being end of season there are great rebates going on. I just can't find an average price on these boats.

We looked at the Gamefish 27 with $6K of options and a trailer. MSRP was $149,325. However our dealer quoted us with $123,311 plus tax.
All that being said I believe you could get a better quote if you shopped around.

Finally, no matter what you get I HIGHLY recommend taking as many test drives as possible. Right now momma might not care too much, but once she gets to start riding on them she'll have more input on what she wants.
(at least mine did)

Not sure on the gamefish', but (and I have no experience with them, @Julian definitely does), I'd get a quote from Chatlee in Sanford, NC. They move *alot* of Sea Hunts.
