just read on THT that Island Girl had a cracked hull. Curious about that one now

Do you have a link? any other THT captains go with the group?

thanks @RobA let the bashing begin, talking trash about our squirt boats... in 2015, they railed pretty hard on our boats

I remember that. To a degree I see their point. It is amazing what our boats and personal watercraft can do but there are limitations compared to legit offshore boats that many of THT members have. I know some looked down on us 'squirt boats' but I would hope many are sane captains who don't let their ego get in the way. I'd just let it roll off the backside. If one of them were stranded or broke down and a jetboater was around to help I'm sure they would gladly flag them over for assistance. We're all boaters. It reminded me of when I rode sportbikes and the harley /cruiser guys would talk smack and when I rode my harley and cruisers the sport bike guys would talk smack but in the end we would all help someone if they needed it and that's what matters.

I believe that was @ACrews that had the anchor punch through before
It wasn't me. I believe it was the couple from SC with the black 242 Limited S. I didn't have any issues with mine coming undone & didn't do anything to it as far as reinforcement.

Just something to ponder for future trips. There is an app called "Marine Traffic" and a companion called "On Course" that allows you to track all Marine vessels that are registered, i.e. large ships and also allows you to register your boat and put other vessels in "your fleet" to monitor their position.

It was us. Hope it doesn't happen to any of you!

Need an update on the jet skis. Hope @Valerie made since I think she planned to be on ski. Hopefully those that are up against bad weather can catch some flights and share other people's boats and run when they get there.

Well this has been an exciting morning and its almost lunch time. I hope everyone is safe and has a great trip. This will make some great memories and 'nothing ventured, nothing gained".

Lots of stories to come from your group, lakeboy has been found, coast guard and hydrathereapy took care of that.

What happened there?

That was so intense. Not sure I can handle a second crossing...

Does anyone have eyes on Valerie? Did she make it okay????

Or any of the other people in her group

How about @JROD he doesn't have a green bottom but certainly has green on the top of his Kawasaki ski. Did he make it over without issue?

What does it mean "lakeboy has been found"?

I've had a pit in my stomach all day with this crossing.
