I just mapped my drive for the upcoming trip. Calgary AB, to Conroe TX (get the boat), to Ft. Lauderdale, to Silver Glen Springs, to Lake Powell, then back to Calgary.

I'm thinking that a full-size spare is a good option to get when I buy my next SUV.@MrMoose you are a much better man then I holly cow. I don't think it would have mattered How much it would have cost I would have shipped it to Florida and then shipped it to the border in Montana and picked it up there. That is going to be a heck of a road trip though look forward to hearing the story once complete!
@Majorsmackdown's 2016 tow might be longer than my 2017 trip. Regardless, he'll stay in the record books as having the longest tow under duress when we pulled the departure date forward on him at the last minute. It's amazing what some people will do to win the "longest tow to Bimini" award.
That damn sure dont make it any betterYou even used Canadian distance units to confuse us!
That is 6,882 miles to us Americans.
I expect that Lake Powell should be nice and warm by late July. I was telling Mrs. Moose, that after this summer's boating, there's only one last milestone left to do with the boat... tow it through the Rocky Mountains to the west coast and dip it into the Pacific... just so we can say that it has been in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. On a side note, Bimini to Silver Glen to Lake Powell is going to be an epic summer of boating!
That's great, can't wait to be back in one piece! breaking new ground it is then!@Rick215HO, I believe you are the only Scarab signed up and will be breaking new ground for your kind!
Hello, I am new to the forum can i still sign up for the bimini trip?
