If topping off fuel is an issue, why not grab a couple 5 gallon cans and a ratchet strap at Wally World and slap them on the swim deck? Easy peasy and good insurance. This will keep everyone on time and filled up.

Fuel cans on the swim deck get in the way when cleaning seaweed out of the jets. That extra time could be the difference in cleaning out before the big wave hits you vs after.

Pullling out of Fredericksburg, VA, tomorrow AM'ish-
I need to hold up in Savannah, GA to get a buddy on Sat AM and will likely be sliding in sideways on Sat PM and will make Sun AM happen.
When there is a will, there is always a way!
Godspeed and SF/

@Rana, @Emma, @Gavin and I have decided that "Born to Be Wild" is the official theme song of Bimini 2016. "Jump" was a close second but that is for the return crossing.
For those concerned with topping off leave a bit early in the morning and stop at the Lauderdale Marina fuel dock they open at 6am. If you are there at 6am the group will likely just be catching up to you when your done. I know they did this a few years ago but if too many show up it will take to long to do that they actually requested we didn't do it last year as I think to many people went there in the morning the year prior. Thanks for the link @ClemsonTiger

There is a second Marina that has a fuel dock diagonally opposite from Lauderdale. Let's all do our best to be at Bahia Mar and fueled up Saturday evening. Beyond that we will work out the issues as they arrive. Depending on the water conditions we may be able to fuel up before we leave or may not be able to cross at all. So far the forecast is holding for a good crossing Sunday morning.
Radiant Hope (didn't get her name on her) is in and adjusted to Sunday AM departure. Bimini Sands was awesome. Me and a buddy are in 15L.
Need to get him in Savannah, GA at 8:20 Sat AM and we will be squealing in to FL on Sat PM. Frankly, my (nautical) gut is telling me to get the boat positioned Sat PM and get a good nights rest and skip the Capt's meeting. If we can do both that is optimum, but for a guy who has spent a majority of his 20's & 30's working on landing US forces on foreign beaches,...give me the channel to communicate on, keep my head on a swivel and set a compass heading to Bimini-
Giddy up!
