What is the difference between the seadek and hydro-teak you carry?
Update, I just found the answer to my Q on the other site that shall not be named.... Anyway, Will I have sent you a question on your website about some other items.
That color is not available yet. It is a Yamaha exclusive. We are working with SeaDek trying g to get authorization to buy the material. Until then no good solution for that color. They use it on the 2015 242 models. The 212 models have their own SeaDek mats as well.
It went down fast. I timed it by looking at the time stamps of the before and after pictures. The floors were empty and clean The pieces had been sitting long enough to flatten out. We each held one end of each piece as we placed them. We did not measure it was all eyeballed but it all lined up perfectly. We placed it lightly verified we were happy with the position then pressed and stomped it down.
Nice. Looking forward to some pictures. I am getting it for my swim platform at the moment. I kind of like the carpet but will see how that is after a good year with it.
I used a fine razor blade to make a straight cut at the narrowest part to allow it to slip around the base. The seam is nearly invisible and there seems to be plenty of adhesive.
So do I have to wait for the 5200 in my snap holes to cure before I start applying the Seadek? Most all will be under the mats. It's like getting a bike for Christmas on rainy day.
We typically install as soon as we are done applying the 5200. It will cure over time. When we clean prior to installing the mats using acetone we simply wipe around the holes. 99% of the snap holes will be covered by the mats.
@JetBoatPilot any way you could give an update where you are in the orders? Like percentage complete? Eta till all orders filled. Getting jealous of all the install pictures
