Lake lanier gathering june 29th 2019

Any one or on lanier today?
?both my kids ball practice was moved to today because of field conditions yesterday. My kids are county days until school is out... I am counting days until end of season.

I wish. looks amazing out there. I may go float a bit Friday morning. Hopefully weather holds. I need to organize my storage and learn how to back in to the slip. My dry stack people probably hate me because I don't back in!

Just putting my registration decals and hoping to get a few hours from van Pugh

Don't think I'll make it up the far north today. Down by the dam.

I was for about 30 min to pick up my boat from Port Royale. Lake is seriously full.

Weather was great. 82 and just a slight breeze.

The area where the heart icon is on the map I posted is usually quieter. I go up six mile creek toward Charleston park.
That's the best area I think for tubing and wakeboarding on the south side of the lake.

full of pollen, for sure. Is your boat black? Saw a white with blue yammy today down by baldridge.

There a rope swing in that area too. DNR lurkers, please ignore this post.

I talked to the main sales guy at Park Marine and he is up for

Disregard the optical illusion. Pathfinder is not really that small.

I just went out in front of Port Royale and made sure all was still good.

Yeah pollen was pretty bad.

Zach hates no one... so little story my wife and zach went to school together. We were out last summer and my 1 year old pulled the safety lanyard off and wife put it back on... hours later we were trying to leave and couldn't get boat to start figured battery was low.

Sent buddy that works at Porr a message and he had already left for the day. Sent Zach a message and he takes their 12foot puller that moves boats to and from dock to forklift for stack across main. channel on Saturday with juniper box.

We didnt need it but he is great guy.

Attached is where we will be gathering for the day. Please prepare to come and hang for a day. Bring floats, tubes, and a good time. My family will probably do some hotdogs on magma grill. Is it summer yet?

Nice! Now I feel bad for making him work extra by having to flip the boat around. I seriously need to learn to back in.

Once again, I'll be working the weekend. That's a great area. If I win the Mega Millions tonight, I'm buying a house there:p.
