Would love too....just towed the boat down on Sunday. Unfortunately, that is right around our official "move date" so we are going to be way to busy to make that possible.

Looks like we can’t make it after all. An uncle called for a family reunion up on Tellico. Enjoy the gathering and we’ll try to catch the next one.

I'm not going to lie, i'm a little freaked out, :) I thought I would get a little lake time without anyone finding out! My wife thought I was doing yard work all day. I put the mower in high gear and finished early.
 
Out on the lake today. Figured I would check out the proposed location. It's nice! Large calm area for hanging out. Water is a little muddy and full of debris after all the rain last week.

There's a really great smaller cove just a bit farther in. Good for about 3 or 4 boats.

It should settle out. The rain was pretty brutal. Hopefully the water will lower some as well and give us a bit of beach.

@Nortok Are you going to join us for the gathering?
 
@AlphaKap Yeah, we are planning on coming. It will be me, my wife, and our two young kids. I am going to talk to a few of the jet boaters that hang out at our normal spot and let them know about the gathering.
 
@Nortok Awesome my kids are 5,4,2 we will have the tube and an inflatable mat out to float/play on.

We always carry a watergun/tube on boat as well... ?

Ours are 5 and 8. They will love having others there to play with.

We are looking at buying one of the Floating Water Pads soon, since it looks like another year without beaches.

So we should have that with us.
 
Just checking, but is this a family friendly or adult only get together? :-)
 
It really tall! And it's so boyant it's hard to get started on. I dont have enough time on either to really compare them. I'll bring it. 4 screws to change them out.
