The factory bow roller will scratch the hell out of your boat. I replaced mine after driving it home from the test drive and it was already scratched.

It's a 9' x 9'. It has plenty of room to be a 11' x 10' although the house was to far along when we found it to change it. But it FITS, that's all that matters.

How do the tower speakers fit with the bimini top on the tower? I was worried when the bimini is folded up the speakers may interfere...

They fit just fine. They don't touch at all.
