Yes. I also have trouble when I open thumbnails. Sometimes the whole pic does not load. It will be a partial image, just showing the top portion.

I’m using a current iPad with Safari browser.

The only pictures that I find to take a while to load are ones from @Liveto99 , must be larger files.
