Just about to pull both engines out of my 2007 Yamaha ar210. I believe both engines were not winteriezed after sitting outside in New England for 5 years and the blocks are cracked. Just purchased a used crank case from eBay. Had some questions before I drop everything off at the machine shop. Can I buy oversized pistons for these motors? If so where. Not sure if the new / used blocks will need to be bored or honed. Or are these cases sleeved? Can I buy oversized bearings for crank or rods? A crank looks to be about $2k and if there’s some light scuffing on the mains I’d like to just have the crank turned if I can just get over sized bearings. Thank you for the help guys, partzilla and boats.net only seem to have oem standard sized. Besides that I just ordered 2 engine rebuild kits (gaskets) from partzilla. Has anyone rebuilt these engines before and know if there’s more gaskets, o rings, or anything I will also need to rebuild and reinstall these engines?

These engines are sleeved but they can be bored, WSM sells oversized pistons and other parts. SBT is another source for parts.
