Loosen the clamps forward of the one you took a pic of to give you more wiggle room. Make sure the rubber boot is on correctly, from what I remember there was a notch in them and an arrow for the proper placement/flow.

Thanks, was able to re-attach everything, just before the severe thunderstorm started!
