Scarab 2019 195 reverse bucket bucket up adjustment

The bucket is not completely out of the way when in foward. I just added the missing latch mechanism. with the INR system how do u adjust the cable to cause the bucket to go up more. I un-did the cotterpin and spun the reverse cable holder counter clockwise to shorten the cable but then the cable adjuster holder where the cotter pin goes wont fit back into the retainer.
