Simrad NSX

So I have a Simrad NSX on my Yamaha 255 fsh when I create a route it does it correct except it will route me thru to shallow water under bridges that are too low ... I have a 2019 model Simrad on my skiff boat amd it worls perfectly when auto routing between two points, should the NSX auto route correctly or is this common for its paths not be correct

I have found issues like this on my GO9, but only when i use Navionics. If i use The Insights maps it all works fine

Yes I think I am using navtronics, its currently winerized in storage, Ill try this soon as we get it out, Is the insights maps built into the Simrad ?

Mine came with both. I believe Insights is built in

I experienced the same problems with the NSX on my boat. Simrad couldn't fix it so I replaced the NSX on my boat with a Garmin 1243xsv. Very happy with the Garmin.

I am still waffling between the OEM provided Simrad NSX on the 255 H and starting over with a Garmin 8412.
With either system, I want to install a pair of sidescan transducers. I installed a pair of Garmin GT56UHD on our current 210FSH (https://jetboaters.net/threads/210-fsh-perfect-transducer-setup-what-is-it.30130/page-3 post 46).

Are these maps you've uploaded with the SD card or some sort of app you installed?

Thanks. Mine has the warranty void sticker or something over the port. I have not messed with it yet but noticed I lost some scan feature when I did a software update. Side scan or forward scan, I forget.

Mine came with the sd cards in the box. I have since updated them but never a warranty sticker over it
