Starboard Aft cleat has come loose.

In my 04 ar230 every single cleat was loose or missing nuts. I did all except the drivers middle. Had my wife crawl into that one. Shitty job.

anybody know the correct torque value? I did my starboard aft cleat yesterday and went with 17 ft/lbs but no clue if its correct.

Here is a screenshot of my 07 manual...I don't know why yours would be any different. Item 7. It also says to use locktite 242.

Seems like a breaker bar might be ideal for this. Would take some time, but a good long one might let you get back there, no?

@Bernd , I would not worry about it overly much. Remember, at 9.5 ft lbs it comes loose so often this is a topic on jetboaters.net. :)

The nut is 1 1/4 inch....yes...it is one big nut! I was able to reach mine with a socket wrench from the rear storage locker access port, but your model doesn't have one of these. Not matter what you do....loctite it when you tighten it!
This was awesome information and saving time
