image.jpg The kids love this tube so we bummed when it ripped last weekend. The front attach strap with a 2'x2' piece of material tore away. I think it is under warranty (we will see). But I was wondering if anyone has successfully tried to repair these tubes?

SportsStuff is an awesome company for customer service in my experience. I have a feeling they will take care of you! Definitely give them the chance to take care of you.

Guess what came in the mail with out any notification. download.jpg

Farrelltravis I guess you were spot on! I wish I would have gotten some notification but you can't complain about the response from the company! Sportsstuff is defiantly on my Christmas card list for that drop delivery!

OK now what do I do with two inflatable bladders (one set came from an older "ripped" super mable)

You really have 2 options.
1) Hold on to the "old" bladder as a spare, and never need it.
2) Sell it on eBay to somebody that doesn't know about the warranty, and need it some time down the road...

I'm telling you @gthh SportsStuff is a great company! I will always highly consider them when I am purchasing products they make. Their customer service is top notch! I am glad things worked out for you!

That's why I don't buy Airhead tubes anymore. Terrible customer service, if you can even call it that.

Glad I have a Sportsstuff towable....I love that thing and the kids love it even better. I have yet to dump anyone off of the Chariot warbird 3, and I have tried!!!
