I was looking up what all this is and saw this. CBP Announces the CBP ROAM App Will Replace the Small Vessel Reporting System (SVRS) | U.S. Customs and Border Protection. One question, Are EDL's a benifit for any of this. Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) | Department of Motor Vehicles I guess the only benefit is not needing a passport for some travel adjacent to the U.S. I do have one.
