@Midnight2V Thank you for the reply and explanation. Learning that you and your boat have experienced temps in the same ballpark gives me hope. The elevation where I spend my time boating is 540' above sea level. Humidity is minimal this time of year, in fact today it's only 3%.

I have not done the dedicated cooling line yet, I currently have the two outlet hoses on the intercooler going to a "Y" connector. I'll have to add the second cooling line when weather drops a few degrees. In the meantime, I'll be playing on the water for the next 5 days and trying to stay cool.

I wouldn't worry too much about the second outlet on the intercooler nearly as much as getting the dedicated supply line from the pump. A couple of techs I have talked to have made full power on otherwise stock equipment (stock SVO intercooler) with just the dedicated cooling line and no power loss over long full throttle runs.

Its about a three hour job and $125 in hardware including the high flow strainer - in fact you might be able to maintain full power with nothing more than the hi flow strainer underneath the stock pump plate since you already have the SVHO intercooler. As far as elevation, you're a little better off than me, my elevation is 600-950' for the lakes I go to most of the time...that's probably an insignificant difference though.

I will notice my RPM drops from 7700 to 7500 but my top speed stays the same with the SVHO intercooler and ribbon delete. My RPM's seemed more consistent last season without the ribbon delete. I'll look into a dedicated water line in the off season so long as my top speed doesn't drop during peak summer.

I really want someone with a 192 to try the maptuner X!

Just got off the lake on a perfect fall day. Didnt catch a single fish. But who cares. The water was 60 degrees. At the end of the day i wanted to have some fun , so we were kicking it. Doing figure 8s and donuts, then kicking it some more. Then all of a sudden. OVER TEMP ALARM. Why would this be???? i never got that alarm on the hottest of georgia days.

When doing donuts the intakes may be sucking in air reducing cooling. Stop and let idle/high idle for a while until the water coming out of the pissers cools off, if it does - should be fine.

Fyi to all. Yes when i was doing donuts . I understand it may suck up some air instead of water. But it then over heated 4 more times this winter. Just straight line. Full speed tests. So i broke down and took her to the dealer. Good news they found where the impeller seal was bad and all fixed under warrenty. She is good as new and ready to be tested myself. I cant wait to have her back on the lake. Maybe this is other peoples issue. YES warrenty saved the day.
