Bummer you can't stay longer, but glad you will make an appearance. Its been a while since we last saw you on the water...

I've only been able to get out once this year. Life keeps getting in the way.

Man, that is a bummer. You have done a lot of work on LEDs from what I have read too.

Water gives Life. Its everything else getting in the way. ;)

Dang man. Hope you get some time.

Just a thought:

Would it be better to do BG's Saturday night rather than Friday night? I think @PEARCE might be able to join if we did Saturday night. Also, logistically, it might be easier on all of us to do Saturday night also.

Thoughts?

will you make up our mind! I would not probably make it saturday night. but no big deal Traci and i go out there bout every 3 weeks.

Friday night is fine for me. I had just got to thinking it may better/easier/possible for more to join Saturday night.

Saturday night is a possibility for us. We've been to BG's before just many years ago. Is the restaurant at Buncombe any good? We could just go there Saturday night. We're not planning on bringing much food for meals in the cabin/trailer. We may bring something for breakfast for Sunday morning or we may take the boat over to Cedar Mills for their breakfast buffet. We're fine with whatever the group wants to do.

This is my first time at Buncombe, but I've been told the breakfast buffet at Buncombe is very good so that's likely my plan for sunday morning

Well if the buffet is good at Buncombe then we're fine with that. We know Cedar Mills is good.

The breakfast is good. About $15 for two adults, not sure on the child menu. Don't think they do a buffet. We usually eat there or if it's busy order to go and eat at the room. Dinner is good too. We usually get off the lake too late for dinner and eat something in the room. They do have microwaves, oven stove and full size fridge.

The restaurant seating is small. So it wouldn't lend itself too well to a large group. It is good but just a cafe style place for breakfast lunch and dinner. They will have a small salad bar, and I mean small and pretty basic, at dinner. We are not planning to bring food either. Saturday, a college buddy and his wife are joining us on the water, they may bring sandwich stuff. It we will eat breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, exception if we meet at bgs. Can't wait to see everyone!

Ok, cool. Judging by the responses then, Friday at BG's is still on.

Then, Saturday, hello sandy beaches.....and my new fondly discovered wakeboard!

Hopefully @DCB-270 will determine for us if we can get to the part of Wood that we want to gather at. There are some LARGE stumps scattered around the east side of Wood. There is also a peninsula of stumps coming up from the NW end of Treasure that we need to be aware of. I scouted out that area out pretty good back in March when the lake was down over 10'. Need to use extreme caution when in these areas with the lake low.

After supper Everyone is invited to my house for social if interested. It would be our pleasure.

Let me reword that. After everyone eats all the Jetboaters r welcome to come over to my house for a social

If there is any question, maybe the west it south end I wood or treasure is better as the shore will be both beach able but also the approach will be from deeper water.
