The first pic shows where I usually launch well the sand under the water is where I usually launch the sea walls are under water and it's close to LOW tide, the second camera is aimed toward the skyway bridge Guess you have to take my word for that. I wonder what it will look like at 130 am when it's high tide.
Oh and the third picture has a ridge showing in the horizon well that is an island I call it timing chain island now guess where I was when my chain hatched.

that's the part of a hurricane that people don't get. With Sandy, folks in the mid west were making fun of the jersey and staten island people, what you can't handle a little wind. The part they didn't get was the tide was 13 FEET above normal, and the ocean was in people houses!

I grew up in that area and many of my family members had trouble with Sandy. High tide, hurricane and full moon.

I have been here for 44 years so I just sit back and wait to see what's next. I actually spent the night on shell key island during a tropical storm watching all out camping gear get destroyed, I doubt I would do that again though. It still beats the hell out of the damn snow I dealt with my first 20 years on this planet.

lol, I'm in rochester where we get an average of 120" a year. You learn to deal with it, I don't have to worry about sharks or jelly fish in the lake!

Haa I don't have to worry about those either " they know better" That being said The stingrays are real slow learners.
