After numerous ideas, I finally decided on the location, got the ideals from our fellow members. Had my nephew 3D scanned the transducer and ma 3D mount.
So far everything works like it should, reads at all speeds, with minimal wash out. Only fear I have is where I ran the wires, potentially or is already happening is backwash into the hull. I’ll have to check once back in the water.
Just wanted to share since I got the information/help/Ideal from this group. :)
