The big game tomorrow and I pulled together some homemade, Philadelphia Cheese Steak style sausages. What is everyone working on with the BGE's, smokers, and grills?

I ground the pork and beef and then added green/red peppers, onions, cheese, and spices. We then made the sausages.... tomorrow they get smoked and I hope the guests like them. We will see -

I had a little extra time since it is 18 degrees outside.... snow in the forecast

Good Food, to go with a Killer performance, delivered courtesy of the Seahawks !

I'm doing a maple and garlic pork shoulder, garlic wings and hot wings. Using a combination of oven, grill, and crock pot. Got about 20 people coming over, everyone bringin something. Don't think any of us care about either team playing, (except the early afternoon hockey game of course), but should be a good time nonetheless!
