Yamaha 242 S Engines start but the Connext system does not start

2017 Yamaha 242 E Series Engines start but the Connext system does not start. Has anyone had this issue? and how did you fix it?

Yes, once, After messing around figured out that the switch for the house battery wasn’t turned all the way, looked like it was, but wasn’t. Only took me an hour to figure it out. Hope your is this simple. Both my engines started also.
