Came across this vid of Jay and his Dad…. Pretty amazing fishing trip.
And a friend of mine sent me this how to vid on how to filet them. Pike are a bit slimy and nasty, but they are great eating, reminds me a lot of sword fish, which I also like very much.

Since everyone is thinking is he going to post again about Strippers, er um Stripers, and keeping in the spirit of the A1 SX opener tonight I thought I’d throw this out there…
