For @wallacerb and my self that is accurate. We will still come down for the CPT's meeting sunday at the hotel just to make sure there is nothing we over looked and kinda of a meet and greet

Should we be concerned about The Sands running out of fuel for our mass departure later in the week. I do not know what their fuel storage capacity is. Supposed to be a ton of skis showing up towards the end of the week and we are heading out the following day right?

Bimini Sands has four 5,000 gallon fuel tanks. Traditionally they have been split equally between gas and diesel. I believe that Blue Water has a larger fuel storage capacity.

It sounds like you guys will have control over the sands while you are there. If the skis have to stay somewhere else they will likely refuel somewhere else as well as most will go to big game to check into customs if they are not staying at the sands.

I believe the big ski group that is possibly coming over the day before our group heads home will be staying at the Hilton. There certainly will not be room for them at the sands. I have been in touch with the organizer of that group. I believe it to be his first Bimini trip. Even if 100 skis with 20 gallon tanks would only consume 2,000 out of the more than 25,000 gallon capacity of the islands fuel tanks.

@robert843 I just ran across your raw footage of the 2015 crossing. I've never seen that before. Pretty interesting watching @Andy S fish for coolers. I like my FX but I do miss the sound of a rotax. The conditions last year may have been better and of course the camera never gives justice to the conditions, but it seems like that's about the norm for the Atlantic from the little I've experienced. I do remember the inlet being calmer last year when we left though. I enjoyed the raw footage.
