Rotax owners keep this handy

Ive been trying to get this problem worked out in my head. I think you may have a loose connection behind the breaker panel. There is a box that covers the connections. Check the ground connection first, then make sure the other bolts holding the power cables are tight as well.

Im with @JetTech72 with a faulty breaker, or something isolated to that junction point.

Thank you. Plan to go play with it this weekend and will let you know. I appreciate the thoughts on this.

Looks like you have no power going to STBD ECU, not cranking , no displayed hours.
Here is what I'll be looking
1- Main Supply ECU power from Breaker in panel (stern-PORT side). That power would feed through Pin#1 in big grey connector to 30A fuse
2- 30A fuse in fuse box (the power to that fuse is coming from previous breaker)
3- ECU Relay located in fuse box. Change relay between PORT & STBD
4- Ignition switch connection not providing light up power to ECU (power going through Pin#2 to main connector)

I have attached some schematics that @ScarabMike posted a year or so ago. There should also be a link to a shop manual somewhere.

I appreciate all the help on this. I brought my boat home to only find that everything works just fine today. I'm a little frustrated to not find something that caused the issue last weekend; but, she seems to be fine now. I opened up the breaker panel, looked around the fuse box, and the ignition switch to see if I could find any loose or corroded connections; but, didn't find anything that looked abnormal. I'm hoping that shutting off the batteries for an extended time self corrected the issue and hopefully this doesn't rear it's ugly head agian...

Thanks again!

I went to the link and it looks like they are no longer offered... Anyone know where else we can get these parts now.

I just ordered two from amazon. Type in the number on the relay and it comes up

I wanted to make sure I got the correct oil filter from partzilla. The oil filter that came didn't come with any other parts... Just the filter. Just making sure I got the correct one. Also I have seen two types of oil guys are using... First time changing my own oil. MM wants 454$ for an oil change. I will find the link for the oil filter stby.

Oh I see this thread is about the starter relays... Ya I bought two of those. I found them on Amazon.

Oil Filter
The best filter is 420956744, but filter 420956741 would work also.
Looks them up on Amazon. I recommend buying the kit with O-rings.

As far as oil, I think @ScarabMike did a thesis on it on a thread somewhere. He was recommending one of the Shell Rotella if I remember correctly.
You won't go wrong using BRP - Rotax 293600122, just don't use super synthetic oil that are not compatible with wet clutch system.
Also be very careful not to overfil it, that's very easy with a dry-sump system. The procedure is in the Service Manual, I attached the specific section.

For the Relay, search on Amazon
Song Chuan : 301-1C-C-R1-U01-12VDC
Omron : G8V-RH-1C7T-R-DC12
Or you can go at Autozone & get a Duralast # 19271, but you will pay more for the same thing

Thank you for the information. That is a big help.

it's the same part scarab uses in 2019 models (at least 65 ID)
they must have 1000's of them at the manufacturer.
you'd be surprised how often "obsolete" parts make it into production (including military) systems.

i double checked mine before purchasing. please pull your fuse box and look at the numbers. if they're different please please let us know.
