I have one starter that may be ready to go...I was looking at options and the OEM starter goes for between $380 and $550...a little too much.. Aftermarket can be had for under $100...

For those of you that have replaced the starter with a cheaper one...How's the performance so far, and where did you buy it from?

Thanks!!

I have used Rick's Electric and also SBT as well with good results

I bought the cheapest one I could find on eBay ($28 w free shipping)

It’s worked fine for 2+ years. Bought another one to keep on hand because they were so cheap. (Which means I probably will never need it.)
