yeah we actually went to caddy’s at Indian shores first (before someone used the dock as a launch pad) and then gulf port, which has a strip of bars.

I'll have to look that up. Always up for new adventures. Thx!

Ive got a blue/white 08 SX230HO. Was just 3 of us yesterday.

We saw a blue 242X, a black/yellow AR240 and two FSH210/190s (not sure) out at John's Pass yesterday.

I was out there, but I stayed on the gulf side, just north of the pass opening. I think we got there around 1230 and left at 4.

We’re still TBD - maybe shell or Bunces again. Had a rough go at trying to beach up to Egmont a few months ago but might be willing to try again lol. Might avoid BCI cuz it’s normally a zoo, but not sure any place is gonna be empty with the weather this good. Where are you guys going?

We will probably stay in this weekend. I'd expect all the sandbars to be a complete shit show this weekend. There was virtually zero parking at the boat ramp last weekend. I had to squeeze between two trees and create my own spot. With the bars shut down, people are going to go out on the water and drink.

Not sure what exactly has and hasn’t been shut down and what’s being patrolled. Whether it’s just the mainland beaches or if it’s state parks, etc.. I think we might give Bunces another visit, but head out early to get a spot on the sandbar. Not sure if there’ll be more or less boats out since some ramps are shut down, but like Adrian said, so are the bars.

Gonna shoot for the north side of the bar, south side of the pass. I’ll have the blue SX230HO with the wife and MIL


EDIT: if it’s real busy we may not stop, would like to keep a bit of space between us and monster crowds.
