It’s not the money... it’s the principle. If they offer a warranty then they need to honor it.

Part of it is my fault for not calling them last fall to press the issue. But I trusted that they’d let me know when more were available to get a replacement, which they failed to do last year and again this year.

I’ve found customer service reps won’t or are not allowed to end a call if your not happy and are not yelling or swearing. So when I’m in the right mood I put my phone on speaker and just keep talking. I was in my aerial lift tuck pointing old brick this last time so it’s not like I had anything better to do. ;)

Totally agreed on that front. I had a trouble free customer service interaction, they promptly gave me an RMA. I forgot about it as I had already installed the JL and then mailed it back about 10 months later and got a new amp without question.
 
I returned one that was too big without issue. My other 3 rockville amps are still kicking.
