It’s not the money... it’s the principle. If they offer a warranty then they need to honor it.
Part of it is my fault for not calling them last fall to press the issue. But I trusted that they’d let me know when more were available to get a replacement, which they failed to do last year and again this year.
I’ve found customer service reps won’t or are not allowed to end a call if your not happy and are not yelling or swearing. So when I’m in the right mood I put my phone on speaker and just keep talking.
