Hello all, I am in the process of upgrading the electronics on my sx195 and, in looking at the dash, feel that center mounting a simrad go7 and moving the connext screen to the right where the current cell phone holder is would work nicely. I know the dimensions work, but am curious if anyone has done this and has front/back pictures of the install. Honestly I was intending to do a go5 mounted over the cell phone holder, but it seems that the setup with the go7, while I have seen a few with it over the cell phone holder, would fit very nicely front and center. This also would allow me the ability to center up the Connext screen between the aux and 12V inputs and the simrad for a cleaner look. Thanks for any help or guidance!

If you search a few people have done it across most models. I think mostly with the Axiom.

Check your dash layout again with a template for the Go7 - I think you'll find the chartplotter face is much bigger than the 7" screen size and may not sit correctly in the center with the way the dash panel is made. And I think there's more room on the right side at the phone holder to fit the chartplotter. I'm pretty sure someone here has done this with a similar setup...try a search.

I did a flush install with a garmin 6" over the phone holder. It barely fit... Did you ever install the Simrad?
