Yes, I believe it is hose B as labelled there. i know on my mr-1 it is Eay to figure out because it goes to a splitter to go to various engine and exhaust locations. Put up PICTURE where you want to put it and we can verify for you.
 
Also Speedy can u tell me what is the 1.5 inch stainless steel round metal circle beside the fuel filler cap....

The little metal circle next to the fuel filler cap is an air vent. It allows air to be pushed out of the tank as you fill the boat with fuel. It ties into the fuel evap canister that you can see if you look on the port rear storage wall.

Item 41 is the air vent assembly you're talking about http://www.yamahapartshouse.com/oemparts/a/yam/56017e0187a86615687afa62/fuel-tank. This is a great website that has detailed exploded views of anything on the boat which helps explain how things work.
