So if my 2016 AR192 has 07/15 on top of engine I am good? It is a 2016 and engine has 07/15 Thanks! The timing chain part was replaced in all 1.8l engines produced after 07/15. So, for example, a boat made in 10/15 would have the new part.
The dates I was told were about the 1.8l n/a. I think the SHO changes go further back, if anything, but I DO NOT know for sure.So if my 2016 AR192 has 07/15 on top of engine I am good? It is a 2016 and engine has 07/15 Thanks!
Glad to hear you are back together again! Let's not say 'break in"...how about 'commission'?Finally back on the water! New engine with the updated 2015/2016 timing chain. Repair took a little over a month, but parts and labor was fully covered by Yamaha.
Now I just need to go through the break-in procedure again...
