Hello all, new member here. Just purchased a 2019 215G and have attempted to contact Scarab through their Contact Us link on the website two separate times, once to transfer the warranty and once to obtain written permission to use the Scarab logo on the SeaDek I'm having installed.

I'm getting no response at all, does anyone have a phone number or other more reliable means of contact for Scarab?

I've heard that unless you are a dealer, they are notoriously difficult to get a hold of. You might want to go through a dealer.

I received a quick response when I asked them a question on Instagram

@Punkin Slinger FYI, the whole company (Beneteau) was apparently hacked multiple months ago. It's been a nightmare for them to deal with customer inquiries. I guess they didn't have a good backup system. They lost all of their inventory... computers, etc. Everything was done by hand for months. Everybody, dealers included had major issues. Leonard on the Facebook group just announced a day or so ago that they are back up and running properly. The Scarab website finally has the Parts Catalogue working again. So I suspect that played a huge factor over the last few months.

Ahhh, that explains it!
