Got the bearings pressed out at local shop.
Got the new bearings on by placing the shafts in the freezer overnight and then warm up the inner race of the bearings using a propane burner for a few seconds. Bearings slid right on with little to no force and fixed in place after few seconds as shaft warmed up and bearing cooled off.
Placed the shafts with bearings in the freezer again.
Will attempt to insert shaft into housings tomorrow.
May warm the housings in the oven.

Question:
The first image below show no O-ring between spacer (2) and the oil seal (12). This image is from the my Service Manual.
The second image show an O-ring between the spacer and the oil seal. The second image is from the following thread:
Assume the second image is for a boat from a different year??
Or should an O-ring be installed between the spacer and oil seal but not shown in the service manual??

Hard to doubt the service manual against something whose source is unknown. I would go with your service manual on that one...

That said, I have no direct knowledge, never having pull those off of your year boat (or any year boat, for that matter...).

Assembled the pumps, installed them and ran both engines on land.
All sounds good, noise from port side pump Is gone....
Will take the boat out for a test ride when the weather dries up.

Weather finally dried up and I could take the boat for a test ride after work.
Everything appears to be working fine.
Really appreciate all the help!!!
