Hey all,

After a ten year hiatus, I just picked up a non running 2004 AR230 and am getting back in the jet boat game.

I've been around the YJB since before this forum started and some of you may remember my epic thread of "how to make monkeys fly" where I figured out how to build a YDS cable from scratch.

Looks for lot's of questions as I dig through this non starting boat!

Glad to have you back !

That was quite the break through and saved a lot of people a lot of money,

( this was supposed to be the "monkeys fly" thread but it wanted me to sign in to view it :( )

Wow.... haven't seen your name in a looong time!

LOL. Quite a few things changed over the years. Sold my YJB and bought a large cabin cruiser and explored the Bahamas. Fell in love with Green Turtle Cay and bought a house there. Sold the big boat for a twin engine center console that lives there now and just happened across a non running AR230. I always loved the AR/SX series so I jumped on the purchase for something to do. Wife was not impressed.

Just today I got the port engine running!
