JetBoaters.net Bimini Fling July 10th to 15th 2017

You will have to let me know how taking soda across works out. I have thought about many times but was to nervous that it would just explode lol.

We brought a couple 12 packs last year and they did fine. Doing the same this year.....

Edit: do they explode at the same pressure as beer? Because we had 10 12 packs of canned beer last year and beat the snot out of the boat during the crossing and there was no beer lose.

An update from Bimini Sands via @Bruce he wanted to relay that we will be paying a $1.50 a foot per day plus taxes for slips. Which is less than originally quoted. Slip assignments will be handed out at the Captain's meeting.
Didn't we pay for our slips with the condo reservation rana/bruce? Thx

Hope you guys enjoy! Let me know how it was for ya.

So. Freaking. Good. Catch of the day and Mahi tacos were unbelievable.

@robert843 We cross with beer and soda and never an issue either. In the cooler and in the case either upfront or in our console.

Watch out on the ICW for garbage in the water launching from harbortown heading to Bahia Mar. lots of crap like pallets with nails floating around. We sucked something up along the way to our slip.

Glad it worked out for ya! Hope you got to enjoy the inlet views a little.

The inlet view is really cool. We got a table in the bar by the windows. I highly recommend for anyone who comes through Ft. Pierce. Oh yeah, and beers were only like $2.75.

Sooo... now i see why @Bruce rated my original post as funny. Just got back from the grocery store and liquor store and now I know what I'm going to do with all that space i was talking about earlier. And that aint even all of it my damn refrigerator is full as well.

We looked like a bunch of pack rats cruising to our slip with 6 folks groceries and all. It is what it is. Lol

@Glen bent an axle on his trailer in Palm Coast near Daytona. Does anyone who has already launched have a trailer that he could borrow to bring his boat the rest of the way to Fort Lauderdale?

I did not get a chance to launch my boat yet as I came in an hour back. If it is possible to do that now and I need help on that, @Glen can grab mine.

Edit : @Glen please call me on 7039537415 or 7035176983 anytime during the night if you want to help me launch my boat and grab my trailer. I can sleep on the boat till morning and bring it back to Bahia Mar

Whose boat did I find in Fort Pierce?

i'll keep you guys updated I'm gonna push on keep an eye on it
I wouldn't worry about it. Given the hills in the area you are in, my guess is that it's the heat from the brakes causing the extra heat.
