JetBoaters.net Bimini Fling July 10th to 15th 2017

@MrMoose was celebrating his birthday at the Bravo docks yesterday late afternoon. No pressure at all when backing up and the dock master is looking at you while Mrmouse is yelling " you can do it Betik"

I only hit the post once though

That really made me lol

Local input?
Or someone whose not driving-

Any input on trailer repair in Ft Lauderdale?

Looking to drop off today and retrieve (repaired) when back.

Glen, I don't have any local input but did a quick lookup. You could try the following... some good ratings and other ratings that talks negatively about customer service.
Ames Trailer Parts and Service
2251 Stirling Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312

Hope you all have a safe and fun trip to Bimini!!!

# jealous, leaving in 20. Save me a slip ;)

I really am surprised looking at the forecast on sail flow that they are calling for sub 2ft seas at 4 second period with those wind speeds. Usually when I see 14 mph projected wind forecast I would expect to see a little larger seas then that. I hope that forecast holds it will be a little bumpy nothing overly serious which is nice.

So going to Bimini seems to be bumpy but doable. How is the return trip looking like ? Spine fusion 2.0 ?

The return is forecast to be less than one footers. The water in Bimini is less than one foot during the day all week.

I'm prettt sure the worst part of the trip is having to drive so slow pulling a trailer....

Right now 1.5ft at 4 seconds but honestly that will be pretty easy with it being a following sea.

Landed at Bahia Mar. the double up threw me a bit, but we got it done!

Speaking of causality
1. Forgot kids medication and had to be fedexed
2. Bow post rear lifted 0.5
3.boat camera post mounted on rear of truck was crashed and thrown away ( camera still worming and mounted 2 feet above truck bed instead of original 6feet)
4. My wife got sick and antibiotic was flown in by a crew last night.
5. Passenger towing mirror gone somewhere in turnpike
6. Medics box and kids Ipads were forgotten in Orlando ( @Valerie picked them up this moring )
7. My 3 year old got his finger cought on a closing door. I think he is going to be okay, no fracture but a lota of drama on the 3rd floor
8. TBD ....... LOL
