So my family wants to do this but it likley won't work for us this year. I have a question though that I thought of from a different thread. Are non service/therapy dogs allowed?

The group rate is $109 for a partial ocean view. Self parking is discounted to $15 although I doubt the parking discount will extend to boats and trailers. My total was $120.99 including taxes.

The form allows for and defaults to booking 3 days before and after the 9th to 10th stay that we need. You will save a little time if you change that on the first pass.

Strangely @Glen had two 404 errors before the link worked for him. Please try it again. Must be an issue with Hilton's system and perhaps the reason that it took so long to get the link setup.

Here's an updated form for the Bahia Mar Marina reservation. The rate is confirmed at $1.25/foot with no minimum. So a 24 foot boat will cost $30 plus tax.

1. As for trailers it is $10/axle/day while the vessel is here, if the vessel departs and the trailer remains it is $50/day.
2. Jet skis are $25 per night and they must share a slip with another vessel.

I thought we were going to be dropping trailers and truck in another spot for launching and storage during the trip?

Also, I really only need to book the 9th correct? Are they open to adding the 8th at that rate with only a day notice?
What does most of the group do on the way back? I only have through Monday off of work so I gotta BOOGIE!

We launch and leave trucks and trailers at HarborTowne.

The discount is only good for bookings before June 6th.

Most leave for home after arriving back at HarborTowne.

I assume this is for the Bahia Mar DoubleTree reservations. The link (http://doubletree.hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/F/FLLBMDT-JET-20170706/index.jhtml) is working for booking online at the discounted rate and the hotel has plenty of availability?

If you can cancel your current booking I would book online then cancel your current reservations. If not perhaps try calling again?

@Skroggy66, you said you are arriving on the 8th. Are you planning to arrive by boat or with your truck and trailer on the 8th? They charge per axle for trailer parking.
