So apparently Yamaha no longer makes the collar that goes into the gate throttle position. Part number 90387-06M24-00. Does anyone know of an alternative collar i can use or any other tricks? I need pieces 42,43,44 they came out last time i was out.

Get the dimensions, and check with McMaster Carr. McMaster.com is the website. Do you have a micrometer?

unfortunately no, i know how to replace parts but i have no way of measuring for an alternative replacement. I have the other side still in tact so i figured I’ll pull that side off and bring it to a shop and see if they have anything comparable.

Please clarify, as that pic doesn't show the part number you listed, only the numbers on the schematic that would correspond to that part number.

The 42, 43 & 44 pieces should be easy enough to replace at an Ace Hardware or similar store in your area, like you said, using the other side for comparison. Stainless parts, and a Nylock nut or Loctite will help to keep them in place for the future
 
This is the part i can’t find. Its the little collar that goes inside the rod connected to the throttle cable the that attaches to the gate. Went to the hardware store only thing i could find that was the right size was made of nylon. So far its working but id like to find the right part.

It has to be frustrating with parts like this becoming obsolete. I empathize, my boat is in the same vintage. Hope that you find some equivalent pieces quickly. When you do, can you please share?

Part 44 is sort of a bushing. It has been reported as a loose fit.

Let me know if you have trouble sourcing one. It has previously been suggested that I should print better fitting replacements.
