Looking to buy

Last summer was my first full summer with my '16 AR240 coming from i/o. I had no issues with handling. Like anything else, you have to practice a little and get used to it, but by the middle of the summer I was docking at restaurants in places others with similar sized boats turned down because they were too tight. I do use the two jets for maneuvering a lot though. I think the 190 is a single so that might make a difference. I would definitely try to test drive it first.

So agree with everyone. I got my AR back last April and used the whole summer without any fins or vectors. Got so used to maneuvering, I always got those amazed eyes from folks around the dock. Once you master the driving you will never look back to an IO again. I don't miss my Sea Ray one bit now, and it used to be my baby. I agree with @OCMD and go bigger. I initially wanted a 21' but after long researching and all, the 24' became the most logic decision for me. Plus no way I was going to buy a new boat without touch screen. I knew in few years I wanted that being a electronic junkie I am. 2016 and before 21' didn't offer the connext. Make a good decision and welcome to the Jet Side!
