NYC Gathering 9/30/17 (Possibly 10/1???)

Late entry here. I knew we couldn't make Saturday so we were out but now that it's been moved to Sunday we're going to try our best to make it. The weather looks good and we have pondered this trip for quite a while. We've done lots of boating on the Hudson but never further south than West Point.

Is the weather as nasty there as it is here? It rained all afternoon and we are getting 15-20mph winds.

We dropped the boat off there and headed to the hotel. We're going over to Palisades Center for dinner and entertainment.
We drove through some rain getting here but it's not raining here. It is very windy and the Hudson looks pretty choppy right now.
We are definitely glad we decided to postpone the trip, I don't think anybody would be had a good time out there today.

Boats all fueled up, loaded and covered. Bimini canvas removed. Hooked to truck. Ready to roll at 6am sharp. Puts me there around 8:30 but with a wife , 7 and 8 year old and a 7 month baby, im sure ill be screaming by 6:03 as to why we havent left yet. Allows me ample time to count to ten and relax lol. See yall in the morning
