Trailered the boat down from Va Beach to Lake Gaston for a week. The 3 of us went down with some friends and their 2 kids. Had a blast. Fresh water, and no jellyfish is a refreshing change. We had a blast! Watersview restaurant was very good. Nice view of lake.

When are u guys leaving? Even as close as we are we have never been to gaston. We were gonna go to kerr this coming Saturday.. a week from today but we have also talked about going to gaston to check it off our list of places we have boated.. if u guys are still there i would love to meet someone else from the group!

Looks like a great trip! We have been to Lake Gaston with the boat once but many many times with the camper. It's a lot of fun out there. Where do you boat around VaBeach? I usually trailer the boat to Williamsburg and go out into Chickahominy River.
