Lake Keowee, SC: I spent a weekend pulling the tired graphics below the rub rail and buffing on the hull. I kept the two small stripes above the rail and like the result! It is starting to cool off here. With the breezy day we had, the water was like a hot tub; but in a good way and getting out made you either run for a towel or just jump back in. Very nice.

Coming back to the marina tonight, we took a little detour thru the moored sailboats and saw some beautiful boats, I do like the older wooden ships like this.

@trace took us out yesterday in Shelbyille. My wife got up on first try. This is her 6th run.

I tried about 20 times it seems like. Got up twice (sort of) and promptly went down. Having a little trouble determining if I'm goofy or not. I know I'm darn sore today, though!

We've been talking, that's for sure. Someone just posted that he upgraded her diamond after finishing off a large mod list. Maybe I should tell my wife that's an option. Lol!

We are in the middle of a heat wave here in NCal, the forecasted high is 114 degrees today. So it's a spare the air day, general advice is to stay indoors or at a cooling location. Perfect boating day. Felt like I had the river to myself all day. Water like glass as far as the eye could see as well.

We are spending the weekend on the St. Johns river staying at a little hotel in Astor FL. Hung out at Silver Glen Springs yesterday, not yet sure where we'll go today.
