One picture of your last outing.

Labor Day at Thayers beach on Lake Champlain, Colchester Vt. the Quebec, Canada Riviera. A lot of big Quebec registered boats, their Labour Day today, both sail and power on the lake squeaking out the last of summer here before they make their way north. I also saw a pretty cool Sea Doo jet inflatable dinghy from Quebec, pretty cool. And another Orange 07 AR230.Sorry no pics.

Jim Wood of the Wood's Landing on Bull Shoals Lake, AR, going for a morning ride today. Using his famed "dock start" technique.

This wouldn't be as cool if I didn't tell you... Jim is an octogenarian!
(shh... he does not like any mention of his age)

My daughters watching the master/teacher. He is amazing with kids, getting them into water sports.

Nice... we had a pair playing in our jets the last time I was out. Unfortunately, rain was pummelling down, so no pics. :(

Erie Canal near Little Falls 09-02-2017.jpg Lock 17 09-02-2017.jpg Lock 17 Gate 09-02-2017.jpg Saturday we took a trip westbound on the Erie Canal from Rotterdam Junction (Lock 9) to Little Falls, NY (Lock 17). Lock 17 is the highest lift along the canal at 40.5'.

60 miles total and only burned 17.3 gallons of fuel, (3.5 mpg) which I think is pretty good!

Just got home from Smith Mt. lake. I saw one blue AR240 up on a lift. But I guess it was a little cool for many boats out this weekend! But myself and the wife had a wonderful time just relaxing and spending way too much money on food! ( but I guess that is what anniversaries are for)

I spied the new Yamaha 35 ft. jet boat at the beach today, and its orange! Ahh, just kiddin. Found a boat stretcher in my camera. Just having fun.

Our weekly Friday at the lake while everyone else is working. Water temp 77 it has cooled a lot since last weekend. It's low 90s and windy as he'll. White caps around not bad though. The pic doesn't do it justice. 20170915_125237.jpg

And we are off the lake and home. We are sad because Sunday will be clean the boat to store for winter

How in the hell do you guys always have glass. Oh nevermind I forgot Kansas sucks and Texas blows.

Mid Sept. at Thayers beach, On this Friday we almost had the whole beach to ourselves. I am sure that it will be a different story tomorrow and Sunday. In the 80s today and all weekend, winds <5mph. Its the weather we did not have much of all summer. We will be out taking advantage of it all weekend.
