Stain under body running down pump to keel bottom

Hi. I am looking to purchase a ‘21 212 with about 130 hours. A quick visual on the outside I noticed some stain marks in the rear underbody and it seems to run from the engine pumps down to the bottom of the keel. A finger rub does not seem to remove it nor does it feel wet. What could it be and what should I check when I inspect it in detail? Attached are picture from the port and starboard sides. Thanks!

Looks like some normal water stains, tannin or something like that to me. Should come off with some Booyah hull cleaner or some toilet bowl cleaner no problem.

Thanks. Would water stains run vertical…like rusty water drips? Will bring one though when I inspect it further.

Most definitely. A fingernail should be able to scrape it as well, although if it's thick enough, you may not notice any/much change.

If I have my boat in the water for about a week on our lake, the bottom would look even worse than your pics, but as @RiverRat mentioned, the organics in your pics can easily be cleaned off with any of several choices. In my case, it DOES require some chemical of some sort, as just washing it, that'll get it back to something similar to your pics, but won't remove the set-in stuff.

Looks like it is coming from higher up. You can see the trail of the same color coming from above the ride plate in the rear

Maybe from that funky looking flange gasket thingy? Leftover water leaks out from winterizing, and sets up, leaving that stain?
