How do find the measurement to buy a stoltz roller for my trailer? I have a 2018 190SX?

My roller has three parts to it and the length of the middle roller is what I had to use to determine the right one. Usually it’s a 3” or 4” roller. If yours doesn’t have 3 parts, I don’t know how to help you.

I thought you measure the whole roller from end to end. It's the stock hard roller that comes on the trailer not sure if its 3 parts

You measure the roller. Yours should measure 3.6" wide. I used the 4" ultimate and trimmed a little off each side because I like the profile better than the RP-355 but if you want a drop in with a little play go with the 3.5" RP-355. The outer pieces are called bells and they should be 434's IIRC but I no longer have the boat. I'm sure others will confirm.

That is the part they made for the Yamahas. But you can try something else. The 24'ers hit the roller a bit different tho..

I used this on our 18' 242 Stoltz Industries RP-444 and 2 of the large outer bells

They are made for Shorelandr trailer, not specifically made for Yamaha hulls.

The RP-444 is what most use. It is commonly referred as the Ultimate since it comes with the Ultimate 4” kit using RP-434 bells. On a 19’ you’ll need to trim a little off each side of a 4” roller but the profile matches the 19’ bow hull better than the RP-355 IMO.

I installed the 4 inch kit this weekend on a 19 SX195. Had to trim off a little on each end to make it fit. @haknslash is right on, it fits the new bow profile perfectly.

The roller is the middle piece that goes between the two metal support arms, the bells are the parts that are outside the metal support arms and CAN be purchased separately, but 99% of the time everyone replaces all 3 so that they match, so they are sold as a set most frequently. That's the reason the measurement refers to the middle piece (the actual roller), because you need to match the measurement between the arms to the replacement roller.

Clear as mud?
