What's for dinner?

I think it will be some short of steak with other little stuff. I will see if I can post some pictures after the breads are done rising
 
The day after Thanksgiving leftovers. We wanted something quick and easy. Ended up with Turkey poutine in the Ninja foodie grille.
And leftover green bean casserole.

Cooked one of our red fish tonight

Very Thin coat of mayonnaise then sprinkle with your seasoning

Cook skin side down on a hot grill for 25 minutes

Meat pulls right off the charred skin

Easy and great tasting
 
Was fortunate to have a friend give us a tenderloin from perini’s, a fancy place in BFE
Supposedly he served bush and Putin when he came to Crawford


Stopped by local market and got a baguette and block of Gorgonzola and a mild blue

Thin sliced the baguette and toasted it with the cheese, then put the tenderloin on top

Melt in your mouth
