Y.E.S. Warranty

If you remember my post from earlier this year, I grounded my boat on the maiden voyage. After the Sheriff pulled me off, the starboard engine would barely crank over, and sounded like gravel in there. So I drove back to the dock on the port engine. I must of sucked up a rock and it dislodged itself on the way back in. After that, both engines fired up at the dock. Adjuster came out and examined the boat. He said there was no damage to the grates or pumps, and that I was lucky. After the $6K gelcoat repair, I have taken the boat out 3 times, with no issues. When I brought it in for the 10 hr service, I complained that it felt like I had a bad motor mount. Now they are telling me both impellers are bad. I'm calling BS on that.
Here's what they said they found:

One of the impellers is cracked....

What would it cost, approximately, to replace both impellers and wear rings with all new parts? Would this be a DIY project?

Are there any national dealers that discount the warranties?

Wondering if any dealers offer a better price than $2,000 for 4 year warranty/service plan on a 2021 195S? It's already less than half what the dealer offered when I bought the boat. They wanted $5K and I said No.
But with my Jeep Gladiator, the dealers price whatever they want for the warranty, so I bought my warrant from a dealer in Michigan for half what my local dealer wanted. Is that the case with Yamaha? Anyone aware of any dealers offering a steeper discount than this?

I don't think they do.

As you get closer to the expiration date they probably will drop the price. They did for me, I got it in the 11 month, about $600 less than what I saw online at about 6 months to go. Yamaha Warranty kept sending me emails and I would go in and look at the portal pricing and leave. Not sure that mattered though.
