What my wife and I bought at local garage sales this past weekend. We did very well for about $200.

Like new corn hole set, $20.

A pair of like new deck chairs for the pool, $20.

A pair of hammock chairs for camping, $20.

A Ryobi mower, weed eater, three batteries and a charger for $30

Finally, a Specialized bike for my wife, $100 (needs tuning of the front brakes and derailer).

Took the dog to Halfmoon Bay in San Mateo county for her first walk on the beach. She loved it and so did my wife and I. FYI this is where the MavericksBig wave surfing competition is held. A pic of the PWCs used to tow surfers in and out are below.

How do they have a surf competition with a no swimming due to bacteria warning?

How do they have a surf competition with a no swimming due to bacteria warning?

I’m pretty sure the surfers don’t care. Also the competition cannot be easily seen from a groomed beach. The waves are relatively far out, seems like every year spectators get drenched by unexpected waves hitting the breakwater.

All these minisplits are exactly the same install. And most are actually from the same manufacturer. I went with Della because my electrician friend recommended them and has installed a few on his house and very happy
Also Della were wifi ready from the factory

Yup it was precharged but as with all or the precharged units after you hook up the lines you need to hook it up to a a/c manifold gauge and vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes before you open the port to release the freon.
I already have a/c equipment so that was no problem. I also cut the 2 16feet copper lines down to exactly what i needed (probably half that). I have a real nice flaring tool do that job too

Today i finished up the trim on the a/c lines to make it look neater

Also got a lot done on Jeannine's bakers kitchen, finished the oven side with all the uppers and lowers, hood vents, and stainless oven backsplashes

They are wrapped and part of the line set that exits the building and actually are run under the condenser to a fitting and drain into the pan of it. Kinda strange but thats what it says to do when it has a heat pump
