Dates of contest: January 1, 2018 thru March 26, 2018 (12 weeks)
Entry Information: All are welcome to register (by completing this form) and participate. To be eligible for rewards, you must pay the entry fee. Entry fee is $50 to be paid via PayPal Friends & Family to @Murf'n'surf . After registration, if you have selected that you will join the monetary contest, send a PM to @Murf'n'surf and he will send you the e-mail address in order to send the payment. We will have the following rewards: Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd, as well as a monthly winner for each month (January, February and March).
Rules:
- Weekly weigh-ins.
- Check in on Mondays via completion of Google Form.
- Picture of scale reading required for validation
Rewards:
- Grand Prize: 50% of the pot
- Overall 2nd Place: 25% of the pot
- Overall 3rd Place: 10% of the pot
- 1st Month Winner: 5% of the pot
- 2nd Month Winner: 5% of the pot
- 3rd Month Winner: 5% of the pot
Reward Example assuming 10 paid participants:
- Grand Prize: $ 250
- Overall 2nd: $ 125
- Overall 3rd: $ 50
- Month 1: $ 25
- Month 2: $ 25
- Month 3: $ 25
